Tim Buthe is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Duke University. As Co-Principal Investigator of the International Standards Project, he has directed multi-country, multi-industry business surveys about the global private politics of setting standards for international product and financial markets. Kevin Davis is Vice Dean of Beller Family Professor of Business Law at New York University School of Law. His recent publications include Indicators as a Technology of Global Governance and Governance by Indicators. (A full biography is available here).

Katerina Linos is an Assistant Professor of Law at UC Berkeley School of Law. Prior to joining the Boalt faculty, she was an International Law Fellow and Lecturer at Harvard Law School. (A full biography is available here)

Laurel Fletcher is the Faculty Director of the International Human Rights Law Clinic and a Clinical Professor of Law at Berkeley Law. Before joining the Berkeley Law faculty in 1998, Prof. Fletcher practiced complex civil litigation, including representing plaintiffs in employment discrimination class actions.
