The article reflects on the substantial needs for services, including legal services, for Human Immunodeficiency Virus infected women. The numerous and varied gender-specific barriers that prevent HIV infected women from accessing legal services is discussed. The article also discusses about the Berkeley Community Law Center's HIV/AIDS Law Project the Family Care Network for serving low-income women with HIV (Copyright applies to all Abstracts.)
